Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in activity and mathematics learning outcomes in data presentation material through the application of the learning model Problem Based Learning assisted media Diagram Board (PADI) for fifth grade students at SDN 03 Madiun Lor, Madiun City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. The subjects in this study were class V of SDN 03 Madiun Lor for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and tests which were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the initial conditions / pretest with mastery of classical learning was 56.66%, then after the action was carried out in cycle I there was an increase of 74.53% and an increase to cycle II of 83.23%. Thus, it can be concluded that by applying the Diagram Board-assisted Problem Based Learning (PADI) learning model, it can improve mathematics learning outcomes in data presentation material for fifth grade students at SDN Madiun Lor, Madiun City.
