The low learning outcomes of class III-Khatijah students in the subject of multiplication, repeated addition, mathematics at Muhammadiyah IX Elementary School, Malang City, East Java became the impetus for this research. increase. There were twenty-eight students of SD Muhammadiyah IX class III-Khatijah as research subjects. Data collection methods in this study include observation, interviews, tests and documentation. There are two cycles in this study, with two actions in each learning cycle. The analysis technique uses descriptive, qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Based on observational data obtained from observers, the results obtained are that using PBL-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics on multiplication, repeated addition. Research focuses mainly on student learning outcomes which improve in each cycle. The results before carrying out the pre-cycle were only 10 students or 35,7% of the completed class. Cycle 1 increased to 13 students or 46,4% and cycle 2 increased to 25 students or 89.2%. This research was said to be successful because it achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), namely 88.Downloads
