UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SDN PURWANTO 1 MALANG PADA MATERI BANGUN DATAR DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA BERBASIS ANDROID

Many everyday problem solving involves mathematical concepts, such as flat shapes. However, there are still some students in the school who still don't understand the concept of flat shapes, such as triangular and rectangular. This is shown by the value of their evaluation questions. So, improvements are needed in it. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade 4C students in mathematics subjects of triangular and rectangular materials by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The type of research carried out is Class Action Research (PTK) with two cycles contained in it. The subjects of his research were 28 grade 4C students at SDN Purwantoro 1 Malang. In this study, the data collection techniques used were in the form of evaluation tests, observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. Meanwhile, the data used in this study is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The result of this study is that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of grade 4C students of SDN Purwantoro 1 through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This is proven by the increase in the completeness of learning outcomes from each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, learning outcomes were completed by 28%, then increased by 40% in cycle 1, then increased again by 88% in cycle 2. This proves that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model is proven to improve student learning outcomes.Downloads
