The phenomenon occurs when the learning process takes place, students show activity that has not been able to ask or argue about what they think. Even if there are many student opinions it is due to the provision of stimulus from the educator. The activity of asking questions or giving opinions about what is thought is part of the indicators of critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe or describe the level of critical thinking skills of class v on social studies subjects at SDN Babakan Goyang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method by determining the sample using a saturated sample. The data analysis tool in this research is using descriptive statistics to find the mean, median, mode and standard deviation, and the results obtained from the test data are compared with the classification of critical thinking skills as a hypothesis test. The results of the study show that students with an age range of 11-15 years have a level of critical thinking skills in the moderate classification.Downloads
