The habituation process was carried out through repeated routines, teacher role modeling, demonstrations, and communication with parents. Supporting factors include the existence of standard operating procedures and PHBS content within the curriculum, teacher involvement, and the availability of basic facilities, while inhibiting factors include handwashing facilities that are not yet child-friendly, the absence of educational media such as posters, and the lack of specific PHBS training for teachers. This study recommends strengthening facility accessibility and institutionalizing the PHBS program so that its implementation becomes safer, more uniform, and sustainable
