This study aims to determine the relationship between self-incentive and student learning achievement at SMK Pengudhi Luhur Karangrayung, as well as the magnitude of the relationship between the two variables. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population comprised all 296 students of SMK Pengudhi Luhur Karangrayung in the 2025/2026 academic year. Samples were taken using a cluster random sampling technique, selecting three classes at random: class XI TKJ 1 (26 students), class XI TKR 1 (30 students), and class X TKJ 2 (20 students), so that the total sample amounted to 76 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire to obtain self-incentive data, supported by documentation of the research process. Data analysis was carried out through a normality test and hypothesis testing using the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results showed a very significant positive relationship between self-incentive and student learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient of 0.974 and a significance of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). The self-incentive variable contributed 94.87% to student learning achievement, while the remaining 5.13% was influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the self-incentive applied by students, the higher the learning achievement they attain, and vice versa.
