Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation instrument consisted of 15 indicators based on the five CASEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with percentages used as supporting data to describe the observed trends. The findings indicate a positive tendency across all social-emotional competencies, with average achievement of 93.8% for relationship skills, 92.6% for social awareness, 88.9% for self-awareness, 88.9% for responsible decision-making, and 85.2% for self-management. Relationship skills were the most prominent competency, while self-management still required further reinforcement, particularly in responding to mistakes and losses. Teacher support through positive reinforcement, guidance, group activities, and reflection contributed to consolidation students’ social-emotional competencies. Thus, implementation social-emotional learning into PJOK can support students’ holistic development.
