PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PADA MATERI OPERASI PERKALIAN YANG BERORIENTASI PADA KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA KELAS 3 SDN 4 RARANG

This study aimed to develop interactive learning video media on multiplication operations oriented toward the conceptual understanding ability of third-grade students at SDN 4 Rarang and to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed media. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 32 third-grade students at SDN 4 Rarang. Data were collected through interviews, expert validation questionnaires, student and teacher response questionnaires, and pretest and posttest assessments. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that the developed interactive learning video media obtained a score of 93.84% from the media expert, categorized as highly valid, and 89.33% from the subject matter expert, also categorized as highly valid. The practicality of the media based on student responses in the small-group trial reached 78.57%, categorized as practical, while the large-group trial obtained 88.50%, categorized as highly practical. The teacher's response reached 97%, categorized as highly practical. The effectiveness of the media was demonstrated by an increase in the students' average score from 39.09 on the pretest to 84.78 on the posttest. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in students' conceptual understanding before and after using the media. Therefore, the developed interactive learning video media is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' conceptual understanding of multiplication operations among third-grade students at SDN 4 Rarang.
