Abstract

Organisasi nirlaba menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, sehingga faktor psikologis individu seperti self-efficacy dipandang berperan penting dalam mendorong keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap employee engagement pada organisasi nirlaba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) yang dianalisis menggunakan IBM AMOS. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 114 karyawan organisasi nirlaba swasta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Di antara ketiga dimensi employee engagement, vigor merupakan dimensi yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam membentuk keterikatan karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat Social Cognitive Theory bahwa keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya sendiri merupakan sumber daya psikologis yang mendorong keterlibatan kerja. Secara praktis, organisasi nirlaba disarankan untuk mengembangkan program peningkatan self-efficacy melalui pelatihan kompetensi, pengembangan keterampilan, serta pemberian pengalaman kerja yang mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri karyawan guna memperkuat employee engagement dan mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi.
