PENGARUH PENERAPAN APLIKASI QUAMUS TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN AL-HIKAMUSSALAFIYYAH TANJUNGKERTA SUMEDANG

Abstract

In the digital era, effective and efficient education management, particularly in financial administration, has become essential. The Quamus application, as a Financial Management Information System (MIS), is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial administration. However, its implementation at the Al-Hikamussalafiyyah Educational Institution has not been fully optimized due to technical constraints, limited digital literacy, and operational inefficiencies. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Quamus application, the work productivity of educational staff, and the influence of the application on their productivity. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto method was employed. The sample consisted of all 31 educational staff using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings show that the implementation of the Quamus application is categorized as High (mean = 3.58), while the work productivity of educational staff is categorized as Sufficient (mean = 2.61), particularly in punctuality. The implementation of Quamus has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, contributing 61.7% (R Square = 0.617) with a very strong correlation (R = 0.786).
