The purpose of this study is to analyse the partial and simultaneous effect of utilisation of digital learning, school management support and work life balance on teacher performance. This research background comes from the phenomenon of the decline of teacher performance scores based on the results of learning supervision at the Al Falah Darussalam School, even though the school management has provided adequate digital infrastructure support. Further, early observations suggested that teachers’ use of technology was sub-optimal and work pressures taken home often disrupted teachers’ work life balance. The study was conducted quantitatively with an explanatory survey design. The population in this study was 72 teachers in total from the Regular Elementary School, ICP Elementary School and Junior High School level in Al Falah Darussalam School in even semester in the academic year 2025-2026. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, hence the respondents are the whole population. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and was tested for reliability and validity. Descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression were used to analyse the data after checking the classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results showed that the three independent variables simultaneously influence teacher performance with a contribution of 48.1% (Adjusted R2 = 45.8%). The results showed that the use of digital learning had a partial positive and significant effect with the largest beta coefficient (β = 0.511; p = 0.000), followed by school management support (β = 0.244, p = 0.037). Among other variables, the work life balance variable had the lowest average, but the effect was insignificant (β = 0.052, p = 0.619). The results showed that the improvement of teacher performance at Al Falah Darussalam School was more effective if the digital competence of teachers was strengthened and the management support system was improved. The descriptive challenge of work life balance is not a major predictor of performance. The theoretical contribution of this study is to combine three variables that have been studied in isolation, especially within the framework of private Islamic elementary schools. In practice, the results of this study can be used as a consideration for school management to formulate sustainable digital training policies, fairer reward systems, and more humane work policies for teachers.
