PENGARUH SENAM KREASI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA 4 - 6 TAHUN

Perkembangan motorik kasar merupakan aspek penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak usia dini karena berperan dalam kesiapan fisik, kesehatan, dan aktivitas belajar anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Senam Kreasi (Senam Cinta Indonesia) terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 4–6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 anak TK Balareh yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Perlakuan diberikan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas dan Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Rata-rata skor motorik kasar meningkat dari 45,10 menjadi 57,30. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa senam kreasi efektif meningkatkan koordinasi, keseimbangan, kelincahan, dan keterampilan gerak anak. Dengan demikian, senam kreasi dapat digunakan sebagai program pembelajaran fisik yang inovatif pada pendidikan anak usia dini.
