Pengaruh Efektivitas Self-Healing terhadap Kematangan Religiusitas Dewasa Awal di Pondok Pesantren Markazul Lughoh

Abstract

Early adulthood is a developmental stage characterized by psychological challenges arising from academic, occupational, financial, and social demands. These conditions encourage individuals to engage in self-healing practices to maintain mental well-being while strengthening their spiritual quality. This study aims to examine the effect of self-healing effectiveness on religious maturity among early adults at Markazul Lughoh Al Arobiyyah Islamic Boarding School. The study employs a quantitative survey design. Data are collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to respondents selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The research instrument will be tested for validity and reliability before being analyzed using prerequisite tests and simple linear regression. This study is expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the relationship between self-healing effectiveness and religious maturity and contribute to the development of mental health approaches grounded in religious values.
