RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN VILLA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE SCRUM DI ANDHITA HOTEL

Abstract

Andhita Hotel faces various operational issues, such as staff mistakes, double booking, and late financial reporting, because they still use old ways to handle villa reservations. To solve these problems, this study focuses on creating and setting up a web-based reservation information system using the Agile Scrum method. The research and development process used observation, interviews, and document review to gather accurate data. The system development went through five structured Scrum stages: creating the product backlog, planning the sprint, carrying out the sprint execution, reviewing the sprint, and reflecting on the sprint. The resulting web platform provides essential features like logging in, filling out booking forms, choosing a schedule in real time, getting payment confirmation, and receiving booking summaries with QR codes to make check-in quicker. Testing the system using Black Box Testing showed that it works stably, while User Acceptance Testing via a Likert scale scored an average of 88%, which means the system is considered very feasible. In conclusion, the system effectively simplifies the booking process and removes potential risks from hotel operations.
