RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN TIKET KONSER BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROTOYPE

Abstract

This study focuses on solving the problems of manually creating reports and scattered data in event management by creating a web-based system called E-Concert Ticket for managing concert tickets. This system was built using the Prototype method, which means users are regularly involved in designing and testing the system in repeated cycles. The app was made with Laravel and Tailwind CSS to handle data safely and create a user interface that works well on different devices. The main features are improved connections between concerts and ticket stocks for better management, real-time image views that show up instantly with JavaScript, and automatic reports that can be saved in PDF, Word, and Excel formats. The results from the black box testing show that all main functions are working properly and as expected. This system works well to reduce mistakes in administration and makes tasks faster, which makes it very useful for helping manage events through digital governance.
