FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI PERKANTORAN SISWA SMK PAWYATAN DAHA 1 KEDIRI DALAM MENGHADAPI KESIAPAN KERJA

Abstract

Office communication skills are one of the important soft skills for vocational high school students in facing the world of work. However, students' office communication skills are still not optimal, so it is necessary to know the factors that influence them. This study aims to analyze the influence of the learning process, field work practice (PKL), and extracurricular activities on the office communication skills of students of SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri in facing work readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results show that the learning process, field work practice, and extracurricular activities have a positive and significant effect on students' office communication skills. In addition, these three variables simultaneously also have a positive and significant effect on office communication skills.
