This study aimed to develop a QR Code-based Pop-Up Book learning media on the topic of plant reproduction for fourth-grade students at UPTD SDI Bertingkat Oeba 5. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 32 fourth-grade students. The research instruments included material expert and media expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The results indicated that the QR Code-based Pop-Up Book achieved a validity score of 90.13%, categorized as highly valid, based on evaluations conducted by material and media experts. The practicality level reached 92.42%, categorized as highly practical, based on the responses of teachers and students during the implementation of the media. Furthermore, the effectiveness test yielded an N-Gain score of 0.66, which falls into the moderate category, indicating an improvement in students' learning outcomes after using the developed media. Therefore, the QR Code-based Pop-Up Book was found to be valid, practical, and effective for use in teaching plant reproduction to fourth-grade elementary school students.
