PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA WORDWALL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI PADA MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI SMAN 2 SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

This study aimed to determine the effect of using Wordwall media on the Geography
learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 2 Sentajo Raya. The
research employed a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental Design with
a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 64 students
divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through
pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, Paired
Samples T-Test, Independent Samples T-Test, and N-Gain Score. The results
showed that the average score of the experimental class increased from 57.22 to
81.66, while the control class decreased from 54.94 to 51.53. The Independent
Samples T-Test indicated a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of < 0.05,
demonstrating a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two
classes. Therefore, the use of Wordwall media has a significant effect on students’
Geography learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Sentajo Raya.
