KORELASI KEGIATAN PERATURAN BARIS-BERBARIS (PBB) PRAMUKA SIAGA DENGAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA MI AL-ASY’ARI KERAS JOMBANG

This study aims to analyze the correlation between drill and ceremony (PBB) activities in the Siaga Scout program and the independent learning of third-grade students at MI Al-Asy’ari Keras Jombang. The study employs a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The research subjects consisted of 53 third-grade students from classes 3A and 3B. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instruments comprised a PBB activity questionnaire and a student self-directed learning questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman Rank correlation test with the assistance of SPSS 27. The results of the study showed that the PBB activities of the Siaga Scouts achieved an average score of 66.00 with a percentage of 88%, which falls into the “very good” category. Student learning independence achieved an average score of 65.87 with a percentage of 87.8% and falls into the “very good” category. The correlation test results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.709 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings indicate a positive and significant correlation between Siaga Scout PBB activities and students’ learning independence. The better the implementation of PBB activities, the higher the level of students’ learning independence.
