PENGARUH PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PERENCANAAN ANGGARAN PADA SEKOLAH DASAR SE GUGUS KALURAHAN TRIDADI SLEMAN

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine community participation, (2) determine budget planning, and (3) determine the effect of community participation on budget planning in elementary schools throughout the Tridadi Village Cluster in Sleman.This study is a quantitative survey conducted at elementary schools throughout the Tridadi Village Cluster in Sleman. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method with 69 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires and document collection methods. Data analysis used a simple quadratic nonlinear regression model.The results of this study indicate that (1) based on the descriptive value of the community participation variable, with a mean value of 96.04, it is categorized as very good; (2) based on the descriptive value of budget planning, with a mean value of 77.43, it is categorized as very good. Meanwhile, (3) the effect between community participation and budget planning is more appropriately explained using a quadratic model with an R-square value of 0.649 and an F-test of 0.000. The resulting quadratic model was Y = 83.477 - 0.704 X + 0.007 X2, indicating the model's ability to explain 64.9% of the variation in budget planning. However, the linear and quadratic coefficients were not partially significant, so the resulting relationship pattern requires careful analysis.
