This study aims to analyze the impact of sanitation and privacy conditions on the mental resilience and adaptive behavior of students at State Elementary School Labang, Bangkalan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study method, this study involved 30 students as subjects. Data were collected through structured observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model and validated through source triangulation. The results showed that while sanitation facilities at State Elementary School Labang are available, constraints remain, such as poorly maintained toilets, unstable water supply, lack of soap, dim lighting, and suboptimal waste management. These conditions affect students' comfort, sense of security, and habits, while also hindering the implementation of Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors (PHBS). This study concludes that well-maintained sanitation with adequate privacy assurance plays a vital role in creating a healthy and comfortable learning environment, thereby supporting students' mental resilience and adaptive behavior.
