MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN BELAJAR MURID DI SD IT WALADUN SHOLEH KOTA PASANGKAYU

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management and to examine its urgency toward student learning satisfaction at SD IT Waladun Sholeh, Pasangkayu City. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design with a phenomenological perspective. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions involving the principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, with data validity ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that facilities and infrastructure management at SD IT Waladun Sholeh was implemented systematically and participatively through stages of inventory management, planning, procurement, maintenance, and evaluation involving all school stakeholders. Effective facility management was proven to have a direct impact on student comfort, motivation, and learning satisfaction, although the library and restrooms still require further improvement. These findings contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals Target 4 on inclusive and equitable quality education.
