This study aims to examine the role of parents in supporting early childhood development and to identify the application of the Multiple Intelligences concept in the context of parenting. Parents are the primary educators for children, with roles encompassing physical care (asuh), affection (asih), and developmental stimulation (asah). The Multiple Intelligences theory developed by Howard Gardner states that each child possesses diverse and unique intelligences, including linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existential intelligences. Parents who understand and optimize their children's multiple intelligences can provide appropriate stimulation aligned with each child's potential. This study employs a literature review approach integrating Islamic perspectives and modern developmental theories. The findings indicate that balanced fulfillment of asah, asih, and asuh needs, combined with Multiple Intelligences-based stimulation, will holistically optimize child development. A family environment that is conducive, full of affection, and rich in stimulation is the primary key to nurturing an intelligent, virtuous, and faithful generation.
