PERAN TENAGA TATA USAHA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA BANI HASYIM TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024-2025

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of administrative staff in improving the quality of
educational services at Ibnu Hasyim Private Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah
Swasta Ibnu Hasyim). The background of this research is based on the importance of
administrative staff as an integral part of school management that supports the smooth
implementation of educational processes. The research employed a qualitative approach, with
data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects
consisted of the principal, administrative staff, teachers, and students. The findings reveal that
administrative staff play a significant role in supporting the administration of education,
managing student data, maintaining document archives, providing information services, and
assisting in the effective implementation of school activities. The professional, prompt, and
accurate performance of administrative staff has a positive impact on the smooth delivery of
educational services and enhances the satisfaction of the school community. In conclusion, the
optimal role of administrative staff can improve the quality of educational services. Therefore,
this role should be supported through the enhancement of staff competencies, the provision of
adequate work facilities, and well-coordinated management.
