Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that problem solving-based moral learning was implemented through group discussions using case studies related to bullying and intolerance occurring in the surrounding environment and social media. The learning process encouraged students to actively express opinions, analyze problems, and provide solutions based on Islamic moral values. In addition, the use of real-life case studies helped students understand the impact of bullying and intolerance in everyday life and fostered empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect among students. Therefore, problem solving-based moral learning can be an effective alternative in preventing bullying and intolerance in schools.
