PENGARUH FASILITAS PEMBELAJARAN DAN KOMPETENSI PENDIDIK TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI MAN 2 JOMBANG

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning facilities and educator competence on learning quality at MAN 2 Jombang. The research uses a quantitative approach with statistical methods. The population consists of 493 students from grades X and XI. Using Slovin’s formula at a 5% error margin, 221 respondents were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results show: (1) learning facilities positively and significantly influence learning quality (t = 9.385; sig. < 0.001; β = 0.412); (2) educator competence positively and significantly influences learning quality (t = 13.038; sig. < 0.001; β = 0.557); (3) both variables simultaneously influence learning quality (F = 93.938; sig. < 0.001; R² = 0.425). Educator competence is the dominant factor. The regression equation is Y = 14.464 + 0.162X₁ + 0.452X₂.
