PENGARUH VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN PEMAHAMAN PENERAPAN NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive learning videos on elementary school students’ learning motivation and understanding of the application of Pancasila values. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 40 fourth-grade elementary school students divided into an experimental class and a control class, with 20 students in each group. The experimental class participated in learning activities using interactive videos containing illustrations of Pancasila values, reflective questions, quizzes, and feedback, while the control class participated in conventional learning activities. Data were collected using a learning motivation questionnaire and a test of students’ understanding of the application of Pancasila values. Data analysis involved normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent samples t-tests, and N-Gain calculations. The results showed that the average learning motivation score of the experimental class increased from 66.80 to 84.20, while students’ understanding of the application of Pancasila values increased from 58.00 to 84.50. The hypothesis test results indicated significant differences between the experimental and control classes in learning motivation and students’ understanding, with significance values below 0.05. Therefore, interactive learning videos have a positive effect on elementary school students’ learning motivation and understanding of the application of Pancasila values.
