Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a strategic role in shaping generations who possess noble character, knowledge, and the ability to respond to contemporary challenges. The development of globalization, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, digital transformation, and the Society 5.0 era requires pesantren to innovate their curricula in order to remain relevant to modern societal needs while maintaining their Islamic identity. This study aims to analyze the development of an integrated curriculum model in realizing an adaptive and globally competitive pesantren at Dar Al-Huda Modern Islamic Boarding School, Labuapi. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data are collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the integrated curriculum model combines the Merdeka Curriculum, pesantren education, Qur’anic memorization (tahfiz), classical Islamic text studies (kitab kuning), Arabic, English, and information technology within a unified educational system. Curriculum implementation is carried out through a 24-hour educational system that integrates spiritual, academic, social, and skill-development aspects. This model effectively enhances students’ religious, academic, linguistic, leadership, and digital literacy competencies. The study concludes that an integrated curriculum serves as an effective strategy for producing graduates with strong Islamic character, adaptability to change, and global competitiveness.
