MANAJEMEN STRUKTURAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENCEGAHAN BULLYING DI SEKOLAH DASAR: STUDI KASUS SD NEGERI KLITREN YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structural management of school principals in implementing bullying prevention policies at SD Negeri Klitren Yogyakarta. The focus of the study includes the organization of human resources, formulation of regulations, and supervision of the school environment. This research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, members of the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), and parents. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) model, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that structural management was implemented through the establishment of the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), clear task distribution, integration of anti-bullying values into the curriculum, and the use of reporting systems. In addition, supporting facilities such as CCTV and classroom management enhanced supervision. The implementation proved effective in reducing bullying incidents and creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. These findings highlight the importance of systematic and humanistic principal leadership in preventing bullying in elementary schools.
