PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA KOTAK MISTERI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA KELAS IV SD NEGERI HINDU 4 BATUAN GIANYAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning model assisted by mystery box media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Hindu 4 Batuan Gianyar. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects consisted of 28 students (15 male and 13 female) selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a 20-item multiple-choice test that had been validated for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and paired sample t-test for hypothesis testing. Descriptive analysis results showed an increase in mean scores from 53.39 (pre-test) to 83.57 (post-test), both exceeding the Minimum Passing Score (MPS) of 70. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test yielded significance values of 0.321 for pre-test and 0.161 for post-test, both greater than 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The paired sample t-test produced a significance value (Sig. two-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of H₁. Therefore, the Problem Based Learning model assisted by mystery box media has a significant effect on the Pancasila Education learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students.
