PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN “PETIR” BERBASIS ASSEMBLR UNTUK KELAS IV SD PADA PEMBELAJARAN PAI

Advances in digital technology have had a substantial impact on the field of education, particularly in the use of innovative interactive learning media. The background of this study is the low utilization of interactive technology in elementary school education, which causes students to tend to be passive and uninterested in abstract material presented through conventional methods. This study aims to describe the implementation of the “PETIR” learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) to improve student learning outcomes and instill the values of da’wah through the story of the Prophet Muhammad’s Hijrah to fourth-grade students at SDN Ciuyah 3 Sumedang. The method used was Research & Development (R&D) based on the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques with an implementation study approach, including observation of the learning process, media validation sheets, and documentation of usage. The results reveal that the application of the PETIR media successfully increased learning motivation, understanding of abstract concepts, and the instillation of character values such as caring for others, exemplary behavior, and the spirit of worship. This media was assessed as highly engaging, interactive, easily accessible, and suitable for the characteristics of elementary school students. Therefore, AR-based learning media can serve as an effective innovation that integrates cognitive and affective dimensions into the educational process.
