PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA OPERATOR DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN PITUMPANUA KABUPATEN WAJO

Abstract

The digitalization of educational administration through systems such as Dapodik has increased the workload of school operators, especially in public elementary schools. This study aimed to analyze the effect of workload on the performance of school operators in public elementary schools in Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a census method involving 32 school operators as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression. The results showed that the workload of school operators was categorized as good, while operator performance was categorized as very good. Workload had a positive and significant effect on operator performance with a regression equation of Y = 29.25 + 0.48X, correlation coefficient r = 0.543, and determination coefficient R² = 0.295. These findings indicate that workload contributes 29.5% to operator performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside this study. The study concludes that effective workload management is important to improve the quality of educational administration services.
