PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP MUTU LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI AKADEMIK DI UIN PALOPO

This study aims to determine the influence of employee competence, work discipline, and employee performance on the quality of academic administrative services at UIN Palopo. This study employs a quantitative approach using an ex post facto method. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis utilized validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) employee competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of academic administrative services with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the quality of academic administrative services with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05; (3) employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of academic administrative services with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; and (4) employee competence, work discipline, and employee performance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of academic administrative services with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.610 indicates that 61.0% of the quality of academic administrative services is influenced by employee competence, work discipline, and employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
