ANALISIS STATISTIK TEKNIK DASAR TIM NASIONAL INDONESIA VS MYANMAR PADA QUALIFIKASI AFC U20 WOMEN

Abstract

The development of women’s youth football has shown significant progress in recent years. However, studies that specifically analyze the effectiveness of basic technical skills in match situations are still limited, particularly at the youth competition level in Asia. Analyzing fundamental techniques such as passing, control, dribbling, shooting, and heading is important to understand game characteristics and to serve as a basis for performance evaluation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of basic technical skills in a match between the Indonesian and Myanmar national teams in the AFC Women’s U-20 Qualification 2025. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a match statistical analysis approach. The results show that Myanmar excelled in passing with an effectiveness of 81.9% and ball control with 82.7%, indicating strong collective play. Meanwhile, Indonesia showed superiority in dribbling with an effectiveness of 82.2% and demonstrated higher shooting efficiency at 25.0%. In terms of heading, both teams showed relatively similar effectiveness, with Indonesia slightly higher at 80.6%. In conclusion, the effectiveness of basic technical skills is influenced not only by individual ability but also by team strategy and playing patterns. These findings are expected to provide useful insights for developing more targeted training programs to improve both individual skills and overall team performance.
