DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF DALAM MEWUJUDKAN SEKOLAH BERKULITAS DAN BERKELANJUTAN

Abstract

This study aims to describe the importance of innovative learning design in realizing quality and sustainable schools. Innovative learning design is one of the educational strategies that can improve the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process through the application of creative, student-centered learning methods, media, and technologies. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method through a literature review of various relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that innovative learning can enhance students’ learning motivation, creativity, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, the implementation of innovative learning design also supports the creation of adaptive, inclusive school environments oriented toward the development of 21st-century competencies. Quality and sustainable schools can be achieved through collaboration among teachers, students, and the effective utilization of technology and learning resources. Therefore, innovative learning design plays an important role in improving the quality of education sustainably.
