PENGGUNAAN E-LKPD BERBASIS QUIZIZZ PADA MATERI EKOSISTEM DENGAN MODEL PBL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SMAN 1 BANJARMASIN

Abstract

The learning process often faces the problem of low student engagement. One indicator is a lack of active participation during learning, which negatively impacts learning outcomes. In ecosystems, students tend to find the material easy because it's contextual and relevant to everyday life. However, their scores remain low, particularly in the energy flow subtopic, which incorporates complex concepts like food chains, food webs, and energy pyramids. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in student achievement through the use of Quizizz-based e-LKPD on ecosystem material with the PBL model compared to students who use Direct Instruction. A quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design was utilized in this research. The data analysis technique used the nonparametric and descriptive Mann-Whitney test. The result demonstrated that the implementation of Quizizz-based e-LKPD on ecosystem material with the PBL model on student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase with cognitive results (Pre-Test and Post-Test) of Sig. 0.026, cognitive learning outcomes (LKPD and infographics) were categorized as good with continuous improvement from the first week to the third week. This was accompanied by good psychomotor and affective outcomes. Therefore, it appears there is a difference in learning outcomes between students using Quizizz-based e-LKPD with a PBL model compared to those using Direct Instruction on Ecosystems at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin.
