Abstract

This article discusses curriculum development. Islamic education and akhlak have a significant impact on the religious character of school-age children (SD). This article discusses how Islamic education and akhlak are extremely important for developing a religious character in Dini people. Islamic education helps children understand the principles of Islam, learn its teachings, and develop a strong sense of loyalty to God. In addition, moral education teaches children to understand the differences between what is good and what is bad. Moral education also teaches them to be good people who respect the environment and one another. In this article, we will discuss many methods and approaches that can be used to introduce Islamic morality and agama into the school environment. introducing Islamic morality and religion to the school environment. This article focuses on the function of gurus as role models and facilitators in helping children understand and apply moral and religious principles. Aside from that, there is a lot of discussion about how people work together and develop a keagamaan character in their homes. The method of investigation used in this article is the study of literature (Library Research), which is a type of qualitative research. become a person with a strong religious character by applying effective Islamic education and teachings. They will have the integrity and kebijaksanaan necessary to deal with moral dilemmas and situations. Accordingly, this article states that Islamic education in elementary schools is crucial for creating a generation of young people who are religious, tolerant, and capable of becoming useful members of society and the global community.
