This study examines the implementation of a number pattern learning model using Fibonacci media to improve motivation and mathematics learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at Panunggangan 1 Elementary School. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) following planning, action, observation, and reflection cycles. The results indicate a significant improvement in average pre-test and post-test scores, with N-Gain values categorized as moderate to high. The developed Fibonacci media connects mathematical concepts with natural phenomena aesthetically and contextually, making the learning process interactive and engaging. Besides enhancing academic achievement, this approach fosters students' logical, critical, and creative thinking skills. The findings suggest Fibonacci-based learning media as a viable innovative alternative in elementary mathematics education to address low learning motivation.
