ANALISIS CAPAIAN KOMPETENSI SISWA TERHADAP JENIS PRODUK YANG DIHASILKAN DARI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEACHING FACTORY (SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze vocational high school students’ competency achievements based on the types of products produced through the Teaching Factory (TeFa) learning model. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach involving 20 national and international articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that product complexity, innovation, and usefulness significantly influence students’ competencies in technical, soft, and entrepreneurial skills. Contextual factors such as industrial collaboration, school facilities, teacher readiness, and educational policy moderate these relationships. This study concludes that TeFa functions not merely as a production-based learning model but as an integrated ecosystem linking education, industry, and entrepreneurship.
