The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through technique and source triangulation. The findings indicate that digital storytelling facilitates students’ understanding of local cultural value concepts and encourages active engagement in the learning process. The study concludes that digital storytelling is an effective strategy for improving students’ comprehension of local culture. Recommendations are provided for the continuous development of digital learning media and the enhancement of teacher training related to digital technology.
