Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning process so that students can actively and creatively develop their potential including spiritual religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves. Discipline is a condition that is created and formed through a process of a series of behaviors that show the values of obedience, compliance, loyalty, order and order. Discipline will make someone know and be able to distinguish what things should be done, what must be done, what is allowed to be done, what should not be done (because they are prohibited things. Research This aiming For know strategies used by PPKn teacher in to form discipline students at SMP PGRI 6 Malang and factors that influence it . Method research used is descriptive qualitative, with technique data collection in the form of observation , interviews , and documentation. Analysis And data presentation, namely analyze data and Finally withdrawn a conclusion . Results study show that strategies used by PPKn teachers Enough effective in to form character discipline students . Strategy the covering habituation daily, giving exemplary , integration values discipline in learning , and giving sanctions educational . Factors that influence formation discipline student covers internal factors such as motivation And awareness self students , as well as factor external like support family , culture school , and environment social . Research This recommend importance synergy between teachers, parents , and environment school For to form culture continuous discipline . For the role of teachers should be more improved again so that teachers don't only give knowledge only , but Also give more guidance Good Again in the future to student For carry out discipline. For student naturally as race generation successor nation to be able to more to plant attitude discipline in obey the rules that have been set so as to successor nation student Can be a useful person Good for parents , schools, communities And country.
