            This thesis discusses the development  of artificial intelligence (AI) applications with MIT app inventors to increase students' learning motivation in informatics subjects. The purpose of this study is to find out the development of artificial intelligence applications  with app inventors in the learning process to increase student learning motivation and to determine the effectiveness of artificial intelligence applications  with app inventors to increase the learning motivation of students in grades XI-4 and XI-5 of SMA Negeri 7 Kupang. This type of research is R&D with Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis techniques, using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, And Evaluation) model. To find out the effectiveness of application development, it can be seen from the results of  students' pretest and posttest. Where students are given a pretest before implementing the development of artificial intelligence applications. There is a significant improvement in students' material understanding after students develop artificial intelligence applications  and without using applications. Based on the results  of the calculation of the pretest  and postest average increase test (N-Gain) above  , it shows that the average N-Gain is 76.7.7 > 0.7, so the category obtained is high. Meanwhile, the N-Gain score percent value is 76.71 which in the percentage table is included as effective.
