Abstract

This study analyzes the human resource development (HRD) process at SMA IT Arraihan, focusing on needs identification, goal formulation, program implementation, and evaluation. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents. Results show systematic HRD enhancing pedagogical, managerial, and instructional competencies.
