Politik Kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam Era Reformasi dalam Implementasi UU No. 20 Tahun 2003

Kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) era reformasi dalam kerangka UU No. 20 Tahun 2003, dengan fokus pada implementasi politik PAI dan pengembangan kebijakannya. Masalah utama penelitian mencakup bagaimana politik PAI diwujudkan melalui undang-undang tersebut dan bagaimana kebijakan PAI dikembangkan berdasarkan landasan hukum tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis dokumen kebijakan dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik PAI diimplementasikan melalui tiga aspek utama: (1) pembentukan karakter beriman dan bertakwa (Pasal 3), (2) desentralisasi pengelolaan PAI (Pasal 11), dan (3) pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi (Pasal 36). Sementara itu, kebijakan PAI dikembangkan melalui jaminan hak peserta didik (Pasal 12), muatan kurikulum (Pasal 37), dan standar tenaga pendidik (Pasal 42). Temuan mengungkapkan tantangan implementasi berupa kesenjangan kualitas antardaerah, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, dan kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas guru. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi politik dan kebijakan PAI memerlukan sinergi antara pemerintah pusat, daerah, dan stakeholders pendidikan, serta pengembangan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap tantangan zaman.Downloads
