This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the strategies for developing students' religious character through religious development programs. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study design. The study was conducted at MTs. Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Gading from January to May 2025. Data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that the strategies for shaping students’ religious character through religious development programs include the Integration Model of Religious Values in Learning, the Habituation Model, the Role Model (Uswah Hasanah) Model, and the Reward–Punishment Model. These findings highlight that the development of religious character cannot rely solely on cognitive instruction but must also involve internalization, habituation, exemplary conduct, and effective implementation of reward–punishment systems.Downloads
