The Implementation of Cooperative and Collaborative Strategies in IPAS Learning
for Grade III at SD Negeri 029 Long Kali. This study aims to describe the
implementation of cooperative and collaborative learning strategies in the subject of
Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for Grade III at SD Negeri 029 Long Kali. The
research employs a qualitative approach with teachers, students, and the principal
as respondents. The selection of respondents used purposive sampling based on
the research objectives, while snowball sampling occurred through the involvement
of participants according to the initial respondents.The research procedure began
with the researcher developing instruments and learning tools incorporating
cooperative and collaborative strategies. Data collection was carried out through
interviews and observations. Data analysis involved drawing interim and final
conclusions throughout the interview process.The research findings show that
teacher respondents had prepared, implemented, and evaluated student
engagement and understanding by applying cooperative and collaborative
strategies. Student respondents had prepared for, carried out, and completed group
assignments. Meanwhile, the principal respondent had facilitated the preparation,
implementation, and evaluation of the learning process.
