The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of fintech and financial literacy on

banking performance in the digital era. This is important considering the limited
comprehensive research that examines the impact of fintech and financial literacy on

banking performance in Indonesia. The research method used is the Literature Study
method which is carried out by collecting various journals and articles that are in line with
the research objectives regarding the impact of fintech and financial literacy on banking
performance in the digital era. Based on the analysis of the literature study conducted, it
shows that Fintech has a significant and diverse impact on banking performance, which
affects operational efficiency, revenue growth, risk profile, and customer satisfaction.
Meanwhile, financial literacy plays an important role in shaping consumer interactions with
digital banking services and Fintech. In addition, higher levels of financial literacy can be
hampered by increased adoption of banking products and services, especially digital, and
credit quality will improve. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant impact
between Fintech and financial literacy which is very important, because technological
innovation is more effective and beneficial when used by individuals who have the
necessary financial knowledge and skills
