PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DAN SIKAP DISIPLIN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPAS PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

The low academic performance of fourth-grade students in the IPAS subject (a combination of science and social studies in the Merdeka Curriculum) in Sleman Regency raises concerns about the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. Preliminary surveys revealed that an unsupportive learning environment and students’ lack of discipline were key contributing factors. This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of the learning environment and disciplinary attitude on IPAS learning outcomes. A descriptive quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to fourth-grade students at public elementary schools in Sleman Regency and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The F-test results indicate a significant simultaneous influence of the learning environment and disciplinary attitude on IPAS learning outcomes, with an F-value of 43.374 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The t-test results show that both the learning environment (t = 7.463; sig = 0.000) and disciplinary attitude (t = 2.726; sig = 0.007) have a positive and significant individual influence. These findings highlight the importance of a conducive learning environment and student discipline in improving learning outcomes. The study provides insights for educators and parents to develop more effective learning strategies.Downloads
