MEMBANGUN PROFESIONALISME GURU MELALUI LEARNING ORGANISATION DAN PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY

This article examines the role of the Learning Organization (LO) and the Professional Learning Community (PLC) in building teacher professionalism. A Learning Organization is an organization that continuously learns and adapts in response to changes to improve its performance. A Professional Learning Community is a concept where educators work collaboratively to improve learning practices and student learning outcomes. This article uses the literature study method to analyze how LO and PLC can be implemented to enhance teacher professionalism. The study finds that these two concepts are closely related in improving the quality of education and teacher professionalism competence. Effective implementation of LO and PLC can create an environment where teachers continuously learn, collaborate, and improve their practices, which ultimately enhances student learning outcomes.Downloads
