PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL SUKU SASAK PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS DI KELAS IV SDN 4 CAKRANEGARA

Abstract

The use of teaching materials in learning has a very important role in science learning which asks students to relate cultural diversity to the learning. This can help students to better understand the material and the learning flow that is more interesting for learning. This study aims to produce a product in the form of teaching materials based on the local wisdom of the Sasak tribe in the science subject with the material of cultural diversity and local wisdom for class IV SDN 4 Cakranegara. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the research model used is the 4D model consisting of 4 stages, namely define, design, development, disseminate. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class IV SDN 4 Cakranegara. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results of this trial, namely based on the media validation test, were 87.69% with very valid criteria. While the material validation test got a result of 90% with very valid criteria. Based on the practicality test, based on the teacher's response, the results were 92.85% with very practical criteria, then students in the small group trial got results of 82.11% with very practical criteria. It can be concluded that the teaching materials based on the local wisdom of the Sasak tribe that were developed are suitable for teaching in science learning with diversity and local wisdom materials in grade IV of elementary school.
